7-Day Return Policy

At Solvapes, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have seven days to initiate a return request.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in unused condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return to be processed. If the item shows signs of use, it will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Once the return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted, so please contact us before returning any items.

Reporting Damages and Issues

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Failure to report issues within 48 hours of receipt may limit the ability to return the item.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., e-liquids)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., mouthpieces, tips)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases (e.g., batteries)

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we recommend processing a return for the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item, which ensures quicker processing and shipping.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at [email protected].
